These 14 gauge nipple barbells are made from high polish grade 23 titanium (Ti 6Al-4V ELI ASTM F136) with internal threading

The fronts are concave and the backsides are flat

1/2" = 40mm outer diameter

The small size will fit lobes 9/16" or bigger
