Fresh citrus, stone fruit and nougat. Bright layers of peach, nashi and guava, with a persistent mousse, hints of lemon drop and candied ginger, crisp mouthfeel, and a long, dry finish. A well balanced all rounder. Pairs well with salmon and cream cheese roulade, charcuterie or cheese platter.
