The Explorer’s Garden Gorse & Fern Lampshade Size:40cm Inspired by the intricate patternsGorse is part of the Cornish landscape all year round, bright against the cliffs, slightly untamed, always moving in the wind. Paired here with curling fern fronds, it feels rooted and quietly dramatic. This design was drawn for us by Heidi Ball, who has been illustrating for Cream Cornwall since 2012. She sketches every branch, fern, butterfly and tiny insect by hand in pen. We then shape the layout together and build the blue tones ourselves,
