Short Reversible Festival Hood super hero Super brightThis soft, stretchy hood is made of lycra spandex, with UV Glow Worm on one side and peacock blue holographic on the other. It pulls on over the head, with a short, pooled collar at the neck. It will keep your head and neck warm on cold desert nights. It can be reversed, as shown.
