Laurent Perrier, Brut Millesime Size:6x750ml layered and refined red berryAs usual, this latest release of the 2015 Brut Millsim is a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Offering up aromas of confit citrus, blanched almonds, spices and a delicate smoky reduction, it's medium to full bodied, layered and enrobing, with good depth at the core and a slightly smoky, phenolic finish. Dosage, eight grams per liter.
