The style and the amount of gilding lost make me think it is pretty old

animated by bold swipes of blue and yellow paint

with tickets (chances) sold there and payouts made as applicable

but don't know for sure--but I'd love to think all of the invitations that went out were hand-drawn postcards like this one

and do hope this might find its way to a young backyard choreographer

And something about the look on his face makes me think was his sweetheart who took the picture, perhaps just before saying bon voyage! 5 7 16" x 3 1 2 and in very good condition, unused back. C. 1920s I believe.
