I would be inclined to drink the ’04 Corton over the first 10 years of its life (even though it will survive much longer) as I’m not sure that the fruit will ultimately outlast the structure

This is aromatically similar if a bit more elegant and certainly more complex and with a touch more floral character as well

Henri Boillot, Echezeaux other_regions candied fruit and minerals(from En Orveaux). A softly spicy nose speaks of purple fruit, floral and an appealing whiff of Asian style tea. There is a bit more mid palate density to the medium bodied flavors that combine good power with evident muscle on the firm, dusty, serious and youthfully austere finish. This will require at least some forbearance as its clearly constructed for the longer term.
