Wilson - Neck Die Base Collet Housing 065" Thick Blade w/ 12"Designed to make the use of the Neck Die an easier process. Cases are pressed in with Arbor press to size the neck then flip die over on base to decap and press case out of die. Primers are collect below in empty cavity. Base works will all Neck Die Calibers.
