Quick release in great condition and working properly with very minor rusting. Swivel in good condition with minor corrosion on hardware. Bar grips are in good condition with minor wear marks. Bar floats in good condition. Float bungees in good condition but slightly stretched. Depower bungee in good condition with very minor fraying.
