Description
I've fallen in love with the work of Alice Nanogak through seeing pieces in a couple of exhibitions of Inuit prints (that blew me away) over the past few years
This set of three gorgeous Cinnabar-colored Burmese lacquer betel boxes makes me want to find appropriately lovely and unexpected little things to store inside
to modern and contemporary painting and prints
with original "Fiori Forno" and "Made in Brazil" stickers still on it
I believe) I would guess were made in the late 19th/early 20th c
Antique Treen Corkscrew ikebana I've fallen in love withAnother nice old turned wooden corkscrew, this one with a blonde wood handle and steel "worm" that runs all the way through it. It's definitely seen a lot of use, with a fair amount of wear to the wood, but still lovely, structurally in great shape and works perfectly. Late 19th century, I believe. A great gift for your favorite wine steward. 4 3 4" long x 4 3 8" wide x 7 8" deep.
