The 2014 Seven Springs Pinot Noir was bottled without fining or filtering

Most of the source vineyards for this wine are in the "Coombsville" area of the Napa Valley

the only rules being the wine is comprised entirely of only the original Bordeaux varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon

From the southern Rhone Valley

The Las Cellas vineyard is owned by Mario’s family

Ulacia Getariako Txakolina sweet wine The 2014 Seven Springs PinotA young, white wine produced from the native grape varieties of Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza. Straw coloured with green sparkles. Intense aroma with hints of tropical fruits (pineapple, citrus fruits.). On the palate it is fresh, fruity and full bodied with very well balanced acidity. The bubbles from its own fermentation can be seen.
