The bristles are firmly attached and in excellent shape

The tops feature square recesses on one end and positives of the same on the other

but I believe this one was just made as a tiny doll just as is

but I think photos make it look dirtier than it is

or given as a gift to a fellow student or teacher of the artist’s at the Technic Institute in Nairobi--the address of which is noted on reverse--who brought it back to the states

The leather fold over cover is pretty beaten and torn, but the book inside is actually in quite good shape, and there are some energetic scribbles on the several pages too. But if it were me, I'd find a good spot for it to just leave it spread open to that first page: perfect. 5
