I might guess these date to the 1940s or so and were carved of pine

and remembering that there are things to be found everywhere

I’m not usually much interested in stereoviews

(And it embodies "to carry" pretty well too

which almost makes me think she was made as a mannequin for a ballet instructor

Great cover, including the very naively written MEMO BOOK, and then again over all those very aspirational graphite drawn, not quite straight lines on the first inside page, seemingly anticipating a series of memos written in very small lettering! Several pages more of never filled lines, which I find so hugely empathetic, as well as a number of (unlined) pages were filled with addresses and birthdays. 5 1 16" x
