This isn’t a classic example of a steely Caillerets but rather one that should drink well young and repay a few years of cellaring too

Bitouzet Prieur, Volnay Aussy Vintage:2021 The 1999 Lafaurie-Peyraguey is aA slightly more elegant and somewhat higher toned nose of the essence of red cherry isn't quite as spicy but is even more layered. The refined and almost delicate flavors don't lack for punch and particularly so on the stony and bitter pit fruit suffused finish. Note that this is sufficiently compact that it's going to need at least five years first. Worth considering.
