Bavette Steak Beef is a family-owned Biodynamic coffeeBold, beefy, and deeply satisfying. Bavette steak comes from the underside of the cow and is prized for its rich flavor and hearty texture. Ours is grass fed and grass finished from start to finish, which means a cleaner taste and a more honest cut of beef. Leaner than conventional bavette but still tender, with fine marbling that delivers depth without heaviness. Cook it hot and fast, rest it well, then slice thin against the grain.
