How long it lived there I am not sure, but I believe dates to the 1820s or 30s. What I love most is the treatment of that fish and her hand as she grips the basket that holds it along with some greens poking out at the other end. She's got her hands full! A pretty terrific face, too, especially those eyebrows. The picture of a hard working woman juggling all of the things. A nice
