Description
this is satisfying and delicious plus it could easily be enjoyed young
Medium to full-bodied and packed with taut
while 2010 is a more intellectual year
the 2017 The Bard is composed of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Merlot
(from vines that average more than 60 years of age)
Chateau Meursault, Meursault Clos Grands Charrons Vintage:2018 this is satisfying and delicious(a . 85 ha monopole). Background whiffs of wood can be found on the ripe and very fresh nose of mostly white orchard fruit compote, lemon rind and discreet floral wisps. The sleek, intense and beautifully textured medium weight flavors also exude a refreshing salinity on the sneaky long and balanced finale. This is really very good and a Meursault villages that should repay up to a decade of cellaring.
