Yvon Metras, Fleurie Brut Zero soon giving way to veryOne's milage can vary significantly when aging Yvon Mtras' wines, but from my cellar, the 2017 Fleurie is performing quite well, even if I preferred it a few years ago. Exhibiting aromas of rose petals, cherry pits, smoked meats and spices, it's medium to full bodied, sweet and fleshy, with powdery tannins that assert themselves on the finish and a touch of spritzy residual carbon dioxide.
