Mineral, medium bodied and relatively mellow on the palate. Its subtle and poised with a savory finish. From organically grown grapes. Vineyards & Viticulture: From 15 30 year old vines. Harvest & Vinification: Gentle pressing of whole clusters and slow fermentation. Aged for eight months in inox on the fine lees. Minimal sulfur at bottling.
