The Minolta Mini Receptor is a goofy looking gooseneck designed for the not-so-goofy function of metering in places where your Minolta Auto Meter II/III can't practically be placed to take a reading
this is definitely an older camera: ISO settings only reach 800 (with 3200 available in “boost” mode) and there’s no video or live view
and it comes with a neat little key that locks the front pocket (and only the front pocket)
and you can probably get away with using it to take a halfway sharp picture if you stop it down past f4
