Musky, heady aromas of yellow plum, poached pear, lemon pith and iodine. Pliant and creamy in texture, with a restrained sweetness to its deep orchard and citrus fruit flavors. Finishes spicy and long, with a smoky mineral nuance adding bite. Josh Raynolds
