Sebastien Dampt, Chablis Cote Lechet Vintage:2016 400 bottles were producedDense aromas of citrus confit, sea breeze and a whiff of phenolic character leads to rich, succulent and energetic flavors that coat the palate with dry extract before tightening up on the sappy, very dry and overtly lemony finish. I like the balance, but this is going to need to develop quite a bit of depth over the course of the next few years as its presently borderline one dimensional.
