This little petit point on wool embroidery just makes me happy

the front wheels turn slightly from side to side so may just slightly loose but are still firmly attached

which lends another dimension to the little balls in their cages

It seems possible that this portrait is of Mi'k ai'stoowa (Red Crow)

I love the warm glow of light in this one but simultaneous sense of moodiness--and I can't help but to imagine walking through what looks like a portal into the interior of that rock formation

I also kind of like the irony that the speedy hare should be burdened with one broken wheel, such that a tortoise pull toy would completely out run him! This is a pretty old one I think, and appears to have been much loved. 11 1 2"
