I am fairly certain it is the work of Keisuke Serizawa (1895 –1984)

and the other a lighter green-brown

and especially the wire stitching

The little street sign to behind it to the right reads Bar Le Duc

I'd think mid 20th century or so though am not entirely certain

Great color, great old surface, makes everything on it look good. 12 x 13 x 1". One thin split near one end, running about half way in.
