2024 EST 'The Feeder' Rosato Willamette Valley, Oregon Benoit Courault This is spirit as muchCrafted entirely from hand harvested fruit, two thirds of the grapes for this Rosato spent two days soaking on their skins before pressing, while the remaining third was pressed directly. The resulting juice was fermented and aged for ten months in neutral French oak, developing depth and texture. The wine opens with vivid red fruit, wild strawberry, and Rainier cherry, and is layered with delicate floral tones and a hint of spice. Its bright acidity
