2021 La Fita Xarello 'De Les Granges' Penedes, Spain Mars just a rawAll Xarello off of a limeston ridden, certified organic vineyard. Manually harvested in 15kg boxes, destemmed and left on the skins in stainless steel tanks, where it ferments for 6 days. The skins are then pressed and the wine continues ageing on the lees until bottling.
