2023 Raúl Pérez ‘Ultreia’ Godello, Bierzo Blanco, Spain Canonica 15 day fermentation in small100% Godello sourced from 9 hectares planted on red clay and alluvial stones, from two vineyard sources. A small portion of fruit in this wine is from a vineyard in Valtuille plantd in the 1980s; but the majority of the blend (85%+) is from Ral's estate vineyard in Cacabelos, which was planted in 1906. Harvested early for maximum freshness, fermented spontaneously and raised for about a year in neutral 225 500L French and Austrian barrels and 2500L
