Based in Meuilley in the Hautes Cotes, he farms a tiny vineyard spread across prestigious appellations, working with rare exacting standards. He picked up his parcel in Aloxe Corton in 2015, at the northern end of the Cote de Beaune where Pinot Noir turns firm and earthy. Production
