Familie Saahs Nikolaihof Riesling 2021 Wachau Austria Yamhill-Carlton District 92 Pts Wine AdvocateSilvery gold in color, clear and bright. The nose has slight apple with some peaches along with a nice minerality. Good acidity. Nice texture. One of those wines that seems like it will have some sweetness but is in fact, dry to the taste. On the palate, a bit of grapefruits and a bunch of peaches and minerality. Light bodied but with plenty or energy. It drinks easily. Delicious. This needs a few more years to full maturity, but is still nice now.
