2024 Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Les Referts, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru, France Trevallon but with the domaine’s signatureSourced from 50+yearold Chardonnay vines on the cooler, down slope soils of Les Refertsjust below Meursaults Les Charmes. Grapes are hand harvested, then slowly pressed and spontaneously fermented in 350 L oak barrels. Aged 12 months in French oak (2025% new), followed by an additional 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel.
