2013 Benoit Lahaye Grand Cru Extra Brut Millesime, Champagne, France Eric Texier and kinome (peppercorn leaves)This is a gorgeous wine from Bouzy based Benoit Lahaye. Fermented in barrique, made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay: Pinot from parcel Monts de Tauxires, planted in 1966, and Chardonnay from Haut de Argentires, planted in 1960.
