2024 (Marnes Blanches) Coup de Jus 'Space Monkey' Blanc Climens with the wines centered onThis side project was started by Graud after several incredibly small harvests in the Jura. He sources organic grapes from his friends in other regions and vinifies them into playful wines. This cuve comes from old vine Auxerrois & chardonnay planted on limestone in Alsace. The grapes were whole cluster pressed into neutral barrel for fermentation and a ten month levage..
