2019 Chateau Auney L'Hermitage, “Cana” Graves Blanc, Graves, France Bourgoin 2016 Reynald Heaule Orleans 'AFrom a one hectare parcel of gravel, clay and sand, with 50% Smillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sauvignon Gris and 5% Muscadelle. It undergoes the same levage as the basic cuve, with nine months in 4 hl barrels (25% new). This is not a flashy top cuve it carries more complexity than the basic cuve, is very light on its feet, and is a classic expression of the terroir of the Graves district. Production runs around 4,000 bottles per vintage.
