2023 Domaine Chapel Beaujolais-Villages, France G.D. Vajra Blend of Moscato GialloSourced from organically farmed, 4050 year old Gamay vines in the granitic hillsides of Lantigni and Rgni Durette at 380440 meters elevation. The grapes undergo whole cluster, semi carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in fiberglass tanks for approximately 7 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. The 2023 vintage offers bright red fruit, floral notes, and a mineral driven finishan elegant expression of Beaujolais terroir.
