2022 Boundary Breaks No. 239 Dry Riesling Finger Lakes, New York, USA Dujac Wiltrude’s daughterThe #239 refers to the specific clone of Riesling that we planted for this wine. This particular clone is thought to possess a slighly more acidic characteristic which lends itself better to a drier style of Riesling. Every year, we aim to make a fruit driven, dry Riesling that has an explosive flavor profile. To achieve this in 2019, we held off harvesting to the end of October when the fruit has reached maximum ripeness for this vintage. The result
