2024 Weingut Tauss Tauss ‘Rosé Vom Opok’ , Styria, Austria Borgo del Tiglio Pressed directly into neutral FrenchThe fruit for this cuve is always the first to be harvested, ensuring in most years the wine achieves about 10% alcohol at the most. Made from a mix of old Blaufrankisch vines grown on Opok soil, fermented and aged for 1 year in 300L barrels.
