2017 Maison Leroy Cotes de Beaune-Villages Rouge Burgundy, France Domaine du Pelican from their farm’s high-altitude Alpine2017 Maison Leroy Cte de Beaune Villages Rouge is produced from carefully tended Pinot Noir vines sourced from multiple villages in the Cte de Beaune. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented with native yeasts, followed by extended maceration to extract structure and complexity. The wine is aged for approximately 18 months in predominantly new French oak barrels, with gentle racking and minimal filtration to preserve purity and expression.
