2023 Nicolas Jacob Cotes du Jura Les Chazaux Chardonnay France Domaine de Montcy 1966 & 1968Biodynamic. 100% Chardonnay from a 2. 5ha single vineyard plot which is spread across two different limestone types: Triassic marl and Liassic marl. Les Chazaux might be Jacobs most important site he farms in terms of representing his work. Barrel fermented in old foudres and aged in the same vessels for 22 months. No additions of any kind including SO2.
