2024 Troupis 'Holy Mania' Mantinia, Greece Lazio Fermented and aged in oldFrom the privately owned, low production, vineyards of the winery we pick the healthiest grapes and with minimum interventions and additions a P. D. O. Mantinia at its purest form is produced. Wild fermentation creates an aromatic complexity that combines the aromas of white peach and citron which are followed by a slightly acidic yet full flavor and after taste of jasmine.
