2021 La Staffa 'Rincrocca', Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Riserva Classico DOCG, Italy Baias e Enseadas planted in 1968This is a pre order item expected to arrive mid June 2025. 100% Verdicchio from a single vineyard in Castellaretta area in Staffolo that was planted in 1972. The grapes are picked into small boxes, pressed immediately, and fermented spontaneously and using indigenous yeast, at cool temperature in cement tanks. The wine is aged for one year in cement and for two years in the bottle. La Staffa means stirrup. The town of Staffolo was founded by a
