Very poor, sandy and well drained soils. Organic sustainable, BIO certified. Vine Training System: Low sapling Exposure: West, 750 m elevation Yield: 21 hL Ha VINIFICATION Harvest: Hand harvested late September Elaboration: Whole bunch fermentation with spontaneous yeasts. Maceration for 15 days. Soft pressing. Matured 18 months in 500 Liter barrels. Aged in bottle at minimum
