This Pinot Noir was made with fruit from the Santa Cruz Mountains at a vineyard called Hunter Hill
2020 and 2021 and opens with a clear
raspberries and pronounced yeastiness on the nose lead to a creamy
2022 Domaine Pierre Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay Burgundy, France Lopez de Heredia Grapes are hand pickedSize: 1. 76 ha (4. 35 ac) Variety: Chardonnay Vine Age: Planted in 1977 Terroir: Multiple parcels (Les Millerands, En Monatine, Les Herbeux, Les Malpoiriers) with clay limestone soils Viticulture: Certified organic and biodynamic Vinification: Pneumatic pressing, 12 to 24 hours settling of must in tank, alcoholic fermentation on fine lees in older oak barrels. Aged for 16 to 20 months, fined filtered if necessary, bottled by gravity.
