The glow in the dark fabric must be charged under bright lights for a hour or two before you go out (longer is better but the brightness of the light you use to charge is most important) and then will glow softly for a few hours in dark clubs or raves

If you are unsure which size to pick you may want to go smaller since a skintight fit looks best

however if you have large or XL legs and would like us to increase the size we can do that free of charge with a note in the comments of your order with your upper and lower knee measurements
