(Actually, the grape combination happened by accident as Milans tipsy father once mistakenly planted Riesling right next to older Traminer vines. Loess, clay, chernozem. Making of: The grapes are hand harvested together and destemmed. Most of them are pressed directly, about 10% get a few days of skin contact.
