To maintain smooth scheduling and ensure fairness to all patients, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to consultations, procedures, and appointments.

1. Consultation Fees

1.1 Non-Refundable Consultation Fees

All consultation fees paid for in-person or online appointments are non-refundable, as time is allocated exclusively for your evaluation and discussion with the specialist.

1.2 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your consultation:

  • You may reschedule once, free of charge, if notice is given at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may require payment of a new consultation fee.

2. Procedure Bookings

2.1 Advance Payments / Deposits

Certain procedures may require an advance payment or deposit to secure your surgical date.
This amount reserves theatre time, medical staff, equipment, and preparation.

2.2 Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the following situations:

  • The clinic cancels or postpones the procedure for reasons not related to the patient

  • A medical reason (certified by a licensed physician) makes the procedure unsafe to proceed

In all other cases, deposits will not be refunded.

2.3 Rescheduling Procedures

If you need to reschedule your procedure:

  • Provide at least 72 hours’ notice

  • Your deposit will be carried over to the new date (one-time reschedule only)

Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

3. No-Show Policy

Patients who do not attend a consultation or procedure without prior notice will:

  • Forfeit the consultation fee

  • For procedures, forfeit their deposit

Repeated no-shows may limit future appointment availability.

4. Refunds for Services Provided

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed consultations

  • Completed procedures

  • Services delivered as agreed

  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome

Cosmetic and reconstructive procedures involve individual variability, and results may differ from patient to patient.
Refunds cannot be issued for perceived differences in outcome or expectations.

5. Procedure Cancellation by the Clinic

In rare cases, the clinic may cancel or postpone a consultation or procedure due to:

  • Medical or safety concerns

  • Equipment issues

  • Unexpected staff or theatre availability

  • Regulatory or facility requirements

In such cases:

  • You will be offered the next available appointment

  • Deposits may be refunded or transferred, depending on the situation

6. Payment Methods & Processing

Payments may be made via:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit/Debit cards (if available)

  • Online payment links (if provided)

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
